Datele ob\u021binute sunt necesare pentru corectarea individual\u0103 a tulbur\u0103rilor optice \u0219i pentru diagnosticarea obiectiv\u0103 a posibilelor erori de refrac\u021bie. Rezultatul ne arat\u0103 dac\u0103 este prezent astigmatismul cornean. Iar dac\u0103 \u00een urma investiga\u021biei ob\u021binem rezultatul ce indic\u0103 o curbura prea mare a corneei, suspect\u0103m keratoconul. \u00cen acest caz este necesar s\u0103 facem examin\u0103ri mai aprofundate pentru a-l diagnostica c\u00e2t mai precoce.
